Methylene blue can bring oxygen to the brain’s mitochondria and in many cases it’s critically needed. However, actually mixing methylene blue and finding the right dose can get confusing. This video explains how to do it. The methylene blue product mentioned is from CZTL.bz. Use jane10 at checkout to receive a $10 discount on an order of $70 or more.
I had the pleasure of recently interviewing Dr. Francisco Gonzalez-Lima, a neuroscientist from the University of Texas in Austin, on the podcast. He discovered that a very low amount of USP grade methylene blue in the body can promote brain oxygen consumption by an enzyme called cytochrome oxidase to power the mitochondria. In his analysis of many post-mortem Alzheimer’s brains he found an inhibition of cytochrome oxidase in all of them. Methylene blue supplementation compensates for that problem.
