Jane’s Tip: Morning NAD Booster Routine

The supplement NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide) is getting a lot of attention.  Dr. David Sinclair’s research at Harvard University shows it boosts NAD+ which slows many of the aspects of aging.

Making an NAD+ booster like NMN part of my supplement stack is critical for me as we have less of it as we age yet we need it to reduce DNA damage and increase energy at a cellular level.

Here’s a link to get 10% off the NMN I use each morning.  It’s by Renue by Science.  It is the top NMN recommendation by  Consumer Labs.  Consumer Labs  tests various supplements and reports on their absorbability, potential heavy metals contamination and cost.

Dr. David Sinclair takes NMN and not its cousin NR (nicotinamide riboside). NR is hyped on the internet to increase longevity, but NR does not extend lifespan according to Sinclair.. He considers NMN to be superior to NR and that’s good enough for me every morning!

Why We Love It
